In 1936, the United States Secret Service established TIC TAK TOE: the first child Secret Service team to combat extraordinary enemies during extraordinary times in one of their many efforts to prevent a second global war.

Mysterious enemy operatives successfully infiltrate a top-secret laboratory—capturing the famous American scientist Professor Yandel—and have now disappeared without a trace. It is up to the sibling trio TIC TAK TOE to find out who these elusive operatives are, locate Professor Yandel, and bring him back alive by using their supernatural powers, intellect, and clever spying abilities.
